At this point in the route, US 151 is going east/east-northeast until Cascade, where it turns more northeasterly again. This intersection is just on the south side of the Jones/Dubuque county line, making this business route the only one to be in two Iowa counties.

There is no "End" sign for the route, nor signage along southbound 151 for this end of the route.

EAST (or NORTH) End: Interchange, US 151 and Y13, Cascade, Dubuque County

Facing northeast on Business 151 (6/18/15)

The interchange on the northeast side of Cascade was created by rerouting Y13 eastward and then southward to meet the old route of 151. Here, business route traffic turns north while old 151 continues northeast to a dead end.

The ramp to northbound 151 is an inner loop in the southwest corner of the interchange.

This is coming the opposite direction from the top photo; the signs in it are visible to the right of the yield sign. Here Business 151 picks up the old route.

At this interchange, 151 is heading due east-west, one mile north of the county line. Back to the north is what was Iowa's strangest secret highway - IA 952, a tiny gravel road connecting a piece of old 151 to newer 151 (now the northbound lanes). Northbound, this BGS only has Y13 (see below).

Since this is the north end of the business route, there's no signage northbound.
